2. Health and Coaching Information

Some information you share while applying for or receiving coaching may be sensitive health or wellness information.

Please submit sensitive coaching and health-related information through the secure Healthie client portal when instructed. General website contact forms and ordinary email may not provide the same privacy protections and should not be used to send detailed medical records, diagnoses, or other highly sensitive health information.

Where HIPAA applies to information handled by Rooted N Gratitude or one of its service providers, that information will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any relevant business associate agreements. This Privacy Policy does not expand HIPAA’s application beyond what the law requires.

Coaching is not medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for working with a qualified healthcare professional.
